  Liam Payne, the former One Direction star, has tragically passed away at 31 after falling from a third-floor balcony at the Casa Sur Palmero hotel in Buenos Aires. The news has left fans and the music industry in shock. Reports indicate that, prior to his death, Payne exhibited erratic behavior, including smashing his laptop and being escorted back to his room by hotel staff due to aggressive drunkenness. Traces of cocaine were allegedly discovered in his room.  Emergency services were called after employees reported a "guest overwhelmed with drugs and alcohol." Upon arrival, responders found Payne with severe injuries, including a skull fracture.  An autopsy is underway, but initial findings suggest he may have been under the influence at the time of the fall.
